Hurdle Jumpers® kits made a difference because they were conceived from a patient’s perspective. Hurdle Jumpers® Chemo Care and Radiation Care Kits helped patients and caregivers be involved and active in their care, reduce stress and anxiety, and gain a sense of control. Most items in the kits were donated. The estimated retail value of a kit was $125.
